Photography can be a fascinating way to connect to and experience our world. At Backyard Shots our goal is to involve people in photography!!

Our guides are written to encourage beginner and intermediate photographers to pick up their cameras and shoot. By using our guides as a jumpstart to photography, we hope readers will grow in their understanding and enjoyment of taking photos.

We offer direction for point & shoot cameras as well as DSLR's. Each guide provides practical shooting information as a learning tool in a convenient, easy to use format. It's like having a pro in your pocket!
